Anyone who operates a motor vehicle or motor-driven cycle on public roadways in Missouri is required to have a valid driver license or learner’s permit. The driver examination consists of a four-part test: a written test, a vision test, a road sign test, and a driving test. The questions on the written knowledge test will be based on information taken from the Missouri DOR. The written test is designed to check your knowledge of Missouri traffic laws, and rules for safe driving and road signs. The MO DOR test consists of 25 questions, and you need 20 correct answers to pass (80%).
